Al. Neyer’s Pennsylvania team is putting the finishing touches on a brand new warehouse and retail space in Cranberry Township. The nearly 24,000 SF retail and office space gives Goodwill more space and more convenient accessibility. The 13,600 SF retail portion of the building offers space for a sales floor, seven changing rooms, three offices, a conference room, and an I.T. room. In addition to that space, the site includes a 10,200 SF warehouse space that will house the donations. The new location will be one of the largest in the Pittsburgh area. Al. Neyer’s team started construction this past October, spending the winter months installing the structural steel including roof. Crews transitioned to the interior build-out at the end of January.
