We’re Hiring: Real Estate Development Manager

Are you good at opening doors and closing deals? Al. Neyer is excited to to add to its team of real estate professionals a new Real Estate Development Manager. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional project management skills and an unmatched drive for results.

Functions of the role include:

  • Manage development projects from inception to completion, including project budgets and pro formas, design, zoning, marketing and leasing efforts
  • Assist the business development team in all aspects of the pursuit of business which includes the complete evaluation of deal feasibility including evaluation of tenants, site, and project costs
  • Create project schedules and manage all aspects of the project to achieve deadlines
  • Negotiate contracts related to the acquisition, development and leasing of the project
  • Participate in the solicitation of debt and equity for projects
  • Demonstrate market knowledge and effective sales skills

Desired Skills and Experience
The ideal candidate will have the following:

  • BA in Real Estate or Business Administration or comparable
  • Five years of direct or related experience in real estate development, real estate lending, or real estate law
  • Ability to create and evaluate real estate proformas
  • Exceptional negotiation, project management, and problem solving skills
  • Proforma software experience (e.g. Argus) is a plus
