The Neighborhoods at Summit Park is Online

The development is still in the early stages of reality, but a new website is helping people discover the vibrant lifestyle anticipated at The Neighborhoods at Summit Park. Master developers Al. Neyer and Vandercar Holdings worked with Cincinnati-based creative agency Creative Department to give life online to the vision developers have for the 110-acre mixed-use development underway in the northern Cincinnati suburb of Blue Ash.

The website, www.atsummitpark.com highlights how the project intends to bring greenspace to workspace through seamless integration with the neighboring 130-acre Summit Park developed by the City of Blue Ash.

Developers envision a walkable environment with Class A headquarters space, two office-class hotels, and trendy retail space for restaurants and bars. Al. Neyer and Vandercar are working with partner The Fortis Group to develop luxury apartments that are appealing to millennials, and also planned living for active seniors. M/I Homes is developing Daventry, a single-family neighborhood with more than 100 homes that feature neo-traditional designs intended to take advantage of planned greenspace and walkability.

The website highlights the lively lifestyle anticipated at Summit Park, giving workers and residents maximum convenience of being able to walk to grab a cup of coffee on the way to work and the many recreational offerings nearby. People who visit the website can explore the different neighborhoods at Summit Park, including The District, Parkside, Carver Woods, and Daventry.

Developers broke ground on The Neighborhoods at Summit Park in early June. The project is anticipated to unfold over the course of the next several years.
