The Hayden noted as a Top 10 development to watch this year

Al. Neyer’s multifamily development, The Hayden, has landed a spot on the Cincinnati Enquirer list of Top 10 developments in Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky to watch this year! The projects making the cut span from new construction in Northern Kentucky to renovations of vacant properties in Cincinnati and its suburbs.

From the Cincinnati Enquirer:

A former jail and administrative structure will soon reopen as a new mixed-use residential offering for Covington. The Hayden, a joint development by Al. Neyer and Urban Sites, will include 113 units and 6,000 square feet of retail space inside the old Kenton County Building at 303 E. Court St. Construction on the 10-story project is nearly finished, leasing is open and tenants are expected to begin moving into the building in late March.
