Stephanie P. Gaither

Stephanie Gaither oversees a joint team including Al. Neyer’s real estate development and capital groups. Her role directly supports the company’s raising of $1B of debt and equity capital to fund its project pipeline in its core markets of Cincinnati, Pittsburgh, Nashville, and Raleigh, and to key expansion markets. Gaither has nearly 20 years of experience in financing and accounting, including more than 15 years in commercial and real estate development.
