In this move, Shoals expects to create approximately 550 new jobs over the next five years in Sumner County. This relocation involves moving its manufacturing operations to a 638,000 SF plant at Shoals Way Industrial, a speculative industrial facility developed, designed, and built by our team. We know what’s at stake when a company decides to make an investment like this, and we’re committed to delivering a best-in-class experience through the entire process (development, design and architecture, and construction) of new, ground-up commercial real estate projects. Our integrated team has worked together closely on Shoals Way Industrial as a speculative industrial opportunity, and now looks forward to tailoring the shell building to meet Shoals Technologies’ Tenant Improvement (TI) needs.
