Seven at Broadway Celebrates Topping-Out

Officials from North American Properties, NorthPointe Group and Al. Neyer marked construction progress in August with a “topping out” ceremony outside the building under construction. The $23 million project underway is adding a seven-story building at Seventh and Broadway streets on top of an eight-story parking garage, which was also designed and built by Al. Neyer.

The apartment development includes 111 luxury studio, one- and tw0-bedroom apartments that will enjoy sweeping views of Downtown Cincinnati, Mt. Adams, Northern Kentucky and the Ohio River. The project is expected to be completed in March 2015.

The ceremony included placing the highest piece of steel atop the new structure. – Cincinnati Enquirer (more)
