Neyer Promotes 3 to Executive Roles From the Cincinnati Business Courier: AL. NEYER PROMOTES 3 TO EXECUTIVE ROLES Al Neyer, the downtown-based commercial real estate developer and design-builder, has promoted three employees to new executive positions. Lelsey Koth has been promoted to senior vice president and general counsel; Steve Rizzo has been promoted to vice president of field operations; and Brandson Snyder is now vice president and Pittsburgh market leader. Molly North, president and CEO of Al Neyer, said she attributes the company’s success to “a best-in-class team.” “These three new leadership positions illustrate not only our company-wide growth, but our commitment to the employee-owners that help fuel our growth,” North said in a news release. Koth has served as senior vice president and legal counsel since joining Al Neyer in 2018. In her new role, which is a new executive role at Al Neyer, Koth will oversee legal matters of the business as a whole, as well as a range of commercial real estate negotiations and transactions. Rizzo will oversee field operations on all construction projects across Al Neyer’s footprint. As a member of the construction division’s leadership team, Rizzo also will be involved in business planning, including talent development. He has been with Al Neyer since 2006 and has more than 20 years of experience in commercial construction management. Snyder joined Al Neyer in 2016 as vice president of real estate development in 2016. The creation of his new leadership role signals Al Neyer’s recognition of Pittsburgh as a growth market. He will oversee the firm’s development efforts and lead its Pittsburgh office of employee-owners. Read more from the Cincinnati Business Courier here. Learn more about our Leadership team here.
