Al. Neyer Provides Integrated Design-Build Services for Repeat Client, VUMC, in Its Third Project Together

As our third design-build project for repeat client Vanderbilt University Medical Center (VUMC), Vanderbilt Health Pleasant View is a 25,000 SF medical office building that sits on a 2.8-acre site.

The new facility will provide women’s health, imaging, primary care, neurology, and rheumatology, and directly supports VUMC’s mission to improve the health care of individuals and communities. As one of the biggest employers in the Greater Nashville area,

VUMC continues to turn to Al. Neyer to provide design-build expertise with best-in-class medical office space.
