Repeat Client Taps Al. Neyer for Primary Care Office as Design-Builder

The Christ Hospital engaged Al. Neyer to build its new primary care facility in Springfield Township, Ohio. The 15,000 SF facility is similar to the recently completed medical office building in Miami Township, Ohio.
As design-builder, Al. Neyer built the shell for developer T3 Development.

The team’s learnings from the client’s Miami Township facility helped Al. Neyer to maintain a fast schedule and strong communication with all project team members and subcontractors. The medical office building includes primary care and specialty physician practices, as well as testing, imaging, and more.
