Standard Textile at Riverview Commerce Center

Al. Neyer Develops, Design-Builds Spec Industrial Warehouse and Secures One of Cincinnati’s Largest Private Companies as Pre-Lease Tenant

Through Al. Neyer’s integrated approach to design-build construction, the team secured an optimal site to develop and build Riverview Commerce Center, a large, speculative warehouse in Hebron, Kentucky.

Initially as a build-to-suit construction contract, the project became a speculative opportunity upon signing Standard Textile, one of Cincinnati’s largest private companies, as a tenant to rent 438,641 SF of the 585,795 SF building.

The project included signficant sitework including mass cut fills, 40’ retaining walls, and public road improvements. With Standard Textile’s current lease on its existing facility expiring, scheduling was extremely important throughout the project.
