Premier Health Expanding to Serve More Remote Patients 

Seeking to meet increasing client demand in the Dayton area, Premier Health turned to Al. Neyer, which has a long and successful history of delivering medical office product. The largest health network in Southwest Ohio, Premier Health required a building that could outfit multiple physician groups, as well as provide space for specialty equipment, such as on-site x-ray machines.

The facility offers primary care, orthopedics, cardiology, rheumatology, and endocrinology, and is located in the town of Vandalia. Al. Neyer built its sister building in the town of Beavercreek.

The team started construction on the Vandalia location in October 2018 and completed the building in Q4 of 2019.
