Premier Health Expanding Into Cincinnati-Dayton Corridor

Premier Health, the largest healthcare provider in Southwest Ohio, was looking to expand their reach into the Cincinnati-Dayton Corridor. The location in Monroe will position Premier Health at a convenient drive from both Cincinnati and Dayton on Interstate 75.

Al. Neyer was chosen to provide construction management services for the site, and App Architecture is the architect of record. The medical office building will feature the best-of-sector shell material and extensive tenant buildout, including a dedicated x-ray suite.

This project is one of two medical office buildings Al. Neyer is providing for Premier Health. Construction was completed in 2018.
