Al. Neyer Chosen to Deliver Unique Speculative Office Building  

Michael Joseph Development Company wanted to develop a speculative office building in Marshall Township, about 25 miles north of Downtown Pittsburgh. They chose Al. Neyer’s design-build services because of our ability to manage the design and budget process through complex development and site issues, enabling the developer to secure approvals, financing, and tenants.

This office design is particularly unique because the building is really two buildings, connected by a bridge structure, allowing people to access both buildings without going outside. The office building features four elevated patios with paver surfaces and stainless steel guardrails. The building has sun-shade canopies at both building entrances, with fully finished lobby spaces.

Crews began work in September 2016 and the project was completed in October 2017.
