In an expansion of its industrial park in Findlay Township, Pennsylvania, Al. Neyer introduced its twelfth development in collaboration with the Allegheny County Airport Authority (ACAA) — Northfield III. Comprising a rear-loaded, industrial spec warehouse facility, the project spans 154,000 SF.
