Al. Neyer Builds 125,000 SF Office and Industrial Facility for Bolt Manufacturer

Bolt manufacturer Nord-Lock Group expands its operations in Allegheny County to occupy Building IV at Clinton Commerce Center in Findlay Township, PA. The company looked to Al. Neyer’s design-build team to construct a build-to-suit building that could maximize operations, with more space for manufacturing, and in a strategic location near the Pittsburgh International Airport. The deal comes with a long-term lease on Allegheny County Airport Authority land.

The 125,000 SF building will serve as the Nord-Lock Group’s North American headquarters, creating an expected 37-40 new jobs in addition to the current staff of 110.

Nord-Lock Group is a subsidiary of a Swedish conglomerate, and manufactures bolting equipment, including tensioners, typically used in equipment for oil, gas, airplane, and railroad, as well as for power generation. The company will move from its 90,000 SF location in Carnegie, Pennyslvania.
