Al. Neyer Develops Full-Service Facility for National Indoor RV Centers

National Indoor RV Centers is a full-service motorized RV dealership that focuses on simplifying the RV ownership experience for luxury motor coach enthusiasts. NIRVC currently operates in five markets around the country – Atlanta, Dallas, Las Vegas, Nashville, and Phoenix. The new southeastern, and second Greater Nashville-based, facility will allow the recreational vehicle company to better serve the growing travel industry in the region.

Finding a land site in the city of Lebanon was a key factor for NIRVC due to its labor pool and regional location. NIRVC and Al. Neyer selected the site due to its high visibility from Interstate 40 and access off both South Hartman Drive and Murfreesboro Pike.

Al. Neyer has developed, designed, and built NIRVC’s new Lebanon facility. The 189,350 SF building features sales, service, and storage for luxury motor coaches. Construction began in December 2021 and finished in June 2023.

The new facility brings 70+ new jobs and allows the company to continue cultivating a strong customer-centric work environment.
