The new facility for Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt, part of VUMC, reflects efforts to meet the community’s increasing need to access quality health care in Suburban Nashville. The facility will house outpatient surgery, diagnostic imaging services, and an urgent care clinic. Vanderbilt University Medical Center chose Al. Neyer’s design-build team for this project because of its ability to offer a full complement of services from start to finish. The master plan for the office building includes steel column and roof joist structure, slab on grade with metal roof decking, and a combination of natural stone, brick, and metal panel façade. Construction on the MCJCHV facility in Murfreesboro began in September 2018 and was completed in November 2019. Learn more about our work in the Nashville market here. Back to Projects
