After a national search for a new global headquarters, the company chose a site on Red Bank Road for a modern corporate campus with up to 350,000 square feet of office space. Medpace received state and local job creation tax credits, as well as a City of Cincinnati Community Reinvestment Area LEED tax abatement to build in accordance with Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) standards. In addition to its first 132,000 SF building to be completed in 2010, the company plans additional commercial development on the site, which formerly housed NuTone, a manufacturer of door chimes and other residential products. In 2009, the City of Cincinnati received a $3 million Clean Ohio grant for demolition from the state, infrastructure, and remediation. Al. Neyer provided development expertise for initial site development, including planning for future roadwork utilities, as well as green design-build construction services for the project.
