Al. Neyer Heads Northwest in the Carolinas with McConnell Business Park

Sitting at approximately 35 acres on prime commercial land near the 1-85/ 1-40 corridor, McConnell Business Park is calling Greensboro home alongside neighboring Coca-Cola, Vistar, and Walmart facilities.

Central North Carolina has been the epicenter of a string of recent job announcements from major manufacturers such as Toyota, Boom Supersonic, VinFast and Wolfspeed. The companies have unveiled plans to construct advanced manufacturing facilities that will employ more than 13,000 people.

The projects are expected to drive significant ancillary activity among suppliers and support industries, fueling future demand for industrial space across central North Carolina, including Greensboro.

Building III: 138,000 SF
