Al. Neyer Develops Class A Office Campus in Frankin, Tennessee

Al.  Neyer and partner New York Life Real Estate Investors have developed and constructed their first project in Nashville. Mallory Green is a five-story, 178,000 SF Class A office building in the Cool Springs submarket of Franklin, Tennessee. The development team called the project Mallory Green to complement the location and the four acres of protected green space within the overall 18-acre development.

The development plan also calls for two business class hotels to be co-developed and built in the first phase. A second phase could include a second office building and parking garage to serve both offices and hotels.

The five-story office features plenty of floor-to-ceiling glass, with curtain wall construction, and large open floor plates that open the office and give it an abundance of natural light. The initial phase includes approximately 950 surface parking spaces and 85 reserved parking spaces beneath the building.

The four acres of protected green space on the site offers leisure paths leading over a natural stream, connecting to more than 45 restaurants located within walking distance of the building. Major office tenants will appreciate Mallory Green because of its convenient access to Interstate I-65 and numerous amenities, and its ability to provide employees with more than a place to work.
