Al. Neyer Expands Its Presence in Middle Tennessee to the City of Goodlettsville

Adding to their growing footprint in Middle TN, Al. Neyer has announced their first development to the Goodlettsville area – Louisville Highway Industrial. This new project is a two-building, rear-loaded, industrial warehouse facility, totaling 225,200 SF.

The strategic location of Louisville Highway Industrial being off of its namesake ensures easy,

quick access to neighboring Interstate-65 and makes 20-minute commutes to downtown Nashville a breeze.

With other major highways being nearby including Highway 174, Highway 41, and Highway 386, this project’s location essentially serves as a hub for the residents of Goodlettsville to connect where they work and live.

As the team is set to begin construction in Q1 2023, Al. Neyer has estimated the completion of Louisville Highway Industrial to November 2023.
