Ohio Client Relies on Al. Neyer A Third Time for Another Expansion

Material handling equipment company Intelligrated was quickly growing and needed more office space to accommodate 200 additional engineering jobs. The Mason, Ohio business turned to Al. Neyer, which handled the design and construction of the company’s original headquarters and a second addition.

Al. Neyer’s team was tasked with delivering a two-story office component and parking garage shell for nearly 300 parking spaces. This newest project brings Intelligrated’s site to an impressive 389,000 SF on 14 acres. Intelligrated employs around 500 people specializing in technical and engineering positions in research and development, system design and customer service.

Design crews began work in May 2015 and completed this latest addition in February of 2016.
