Al. Neyer Develops Modern, Green Office in Marshall Township, PA

Al. Neyer’s design-build team constructed a speculative modern office project in Marshall Township, outside Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

The three-story office features floor-to-ceiling glass, with curtain wall construction, and large open floor plates that open the office and give it an abundance of natural light. The Class A office includes a back-patio that overlooks a densely forested section of the 223-acre office park.

The office development is part of Innovation Ridge, a 223-acre advanced technology and office park. With half of its space dedicated to green space and walking paths, the office park is designed to incorporate the natural environment as much as possible. This emphasis is reflected in the architectural design of Innovation Pointe and positions the building as an attractive option to the modern office user. Designed with energy efficient features, the office is poised to earn a LEED certification.
