Al. Neyer Builds New North American Headquarters for German Manufacturer 

Pittsburgh-area polyurethane manufacturer Hennecke, Inc. sought out Al. Neyer to help grow its business thanks to a new manufacturing facility in South Fayette Township .The 35,000 SF office and industrial project commenced construction in June of 2018, which allows the company to create material for vehicle parts.

Al. Neyer was selected to develop and design-build the project because of its skills in creating custom industrial projects that support productivity efficiency. Hennecke has specific technical needs for electrical power and a structure that will help them maximize operations. Al. Neyer is creating a warehouse with a 10 ft. crane, which will allow the client to customize the space to their needs.
