Al. Neyer is Set to Bring 1.4 Million SF of Industrial Space to Ohio

Fairfield Logistics Center will bring 1.4 million SF of industrial space, multiple companies, and up to 700 jobs to one of Greater Cincinnati’s largest industrial markets in a multi-phased project.

Phase I: Fairfield Logistics II is a 312,480 SF, single-loaded, spec multi-tenant office warehouse targeting completion in Q1 2023 total 1.4 million SF.

Phase II: Fairfield 1A is a 501,350 SF, cross-docked industrial building with a 40’ clear height with expandability to 1 million SF, targeting completion in Q3 of 2023. The site is master-planned to also include mass grading for Fairfield 1B, its neighboring graded pad, which could add another 501,350 SF building, targeting completion in Q2 2023.
