CinFed’s New Headquarters To Be Located In Booming Oakley Neighborhood

Cincinnati Federal Credit Union, better known as Cinfed, is moving their headquarters to Oakley Pointe near Ibsen Ave at the Kennedy Connector. The Cincinnati company founded in the 1940s is making an effort to relocate their main headquarters closer to their business core. Al. Neyer, the developer of Oakley Pointe, broke ground on the $4.2 million project in May 2016.

As a part of an agreement with the City of Cincinnati, Cinfed will receive an extended 15-year tax exemption if the new building is constructed according to Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) standards. The design-build team at Al. Neyer is very experienced with these energy efficiency standards and anticipates to meet all requirements.

The new 32,270 SF building will have a banking branch occupying the first level, with offices on the first and second floors serving as the new headquarters.
