With the pressure to expand and no opportunity at their old facility, the company was considering moving out of the county to support their needs for growth. Luckily, Al. Neyer and Bryan Equipment Sales were able to work together to find a location that perfectly accommodated their needs. Thanks to our integrated design-build process, a project of this size could be completed on an accelerated timeline. The 225,000 SF facility features a Class A office space with a conference center and museum highlighting the company’s history. The facility also includes 197,000 SF of warehouse space.
