Al. Neyer Partners With The Dinerstein Companies To Develop Midtown Multifamily Development

Development partners The Dinerstein Companies and Al. Neyer have teamed up on a downtown residential project that will provide a variety of luxury amenities to future residents in Nashville’s urban Midtown neighborhood.

The development will include 277 luxury apartments in a 14-story structure situated on 1.14 acres at 1801 Patterson Street on the southwest corner of 18th Avenue North. This location in the heart of Midtown has proximity to three major hospitals and Vanderbilt University’s campus, walkable for medical professionals, students, university employees, and under two miles from Amazon’s new headquarters.

Al. Neyer and Dinerstein’s partnership allows both companies to invest in an area of downtown Nashville that is next in line for development. Dinerstein will serve as co-developer and property manager of the project, while Al. Neyer will serve as co-developer and design-builder.
