Neyer once again for another downtown residential project to meet the crushing demand for urban rental units. 8th & Main, also known as The Blonde apartments, is a 13-story building with 125 rental units, a rooftop terrace, gym, yoga room, community laundry, and common space on each floor. This project is unique because it offers micro and studio apartments; this is a segment of multi-unit residential that has previously been overlooked by developers. This prime location is directly on the streetcar line and is steps away from several dining and entertainment destinations, allowing residents to take full advantage of walkability and the urban environment. This project represents the fifth multi-unit residential project that Al. Neyer has delivered for North American Properties and NorthPointe Group. John Senhauser Architects is serving as the architect of record, bringing together the same team that made Encore Urban Living and Seven @ Broadway a reality. Al. Neyer also designed and built East 8 Lofts and Sycamore Place lofts for the development duo. Back to Projects
