Charles Street Development Co. has named its project Industry. The mixed-use building will be the largest residential complex in Pendleton when it is complete and will include 155 apartments. In addition, the developer has selected the OnSite Retail Group team of Joshua Rothstein and Anthony Palazzolo to fill the 12,500 square feet of street-level and second-story commercial space. Jason Pollack with Charles Street said he’s looking forward to Industry continuing to activate this corridor that is home to a growing mix of local businesses. “The project pays homage to the rich history of OTR and Pendleton architecture, while also ushering in a new era of design and functionality that we think will be appealing to discerning small businesses and residents alike,” Pollack said.
