Office Space Coming To Oakley Station

“Two new office buildings are planned to be built at the Oakley Station mixed-use project in Cincinnati.

Al. Neyer and Vandercar Holdings are co-developing up to 400,000 square feet of space at the Offices of Oakley Station as part of the 74-acre retail and residential development east of Interstate 71 and Ridge Road. TheĀ buildings would be connected by a skywalk and developers say they have the ability to accommodate a large officer tenant with five spaces per 1,000 square feet.

Chris Vollmer, John Schenk and Chris Vollmer Jr. of Colliers International serve as the listing brokers for the Offices at Oakley Station.” – Cincinnati.com
