Rob Smyjunas, CEO of Vandercar Holdings, said he plans to start construction on the office portion of the development soon. “We want to get out of the ground this year,” Smyjunas said. Plans call for two buildings with large floorplates of 36,000 to 40,000 square feet. When complete, the site could be home to up to 2,000 office jobs. Before construction would begin on the approximately $65 million project, Smyjunas said a building would have to be about 50 percent pre-leased. It could be a little less than that, depending on activity.” – Cincinnati Business Courier Recent NewsThursday March 28, 2024Al.
