Cincinnati

Al. Neyer is looking for candidates to fill the following roles at our company’s headquarters in Cincinnati, Ohio:

  • Staff Accountant, Accounting/Finance – The Staff Accountant will work closely with internal team members to handle day-to-day accounting functions necessary to support a fast-paced company. The accounting and finance team is specifically looking to improve our systems to be scalable and sustainable, which requires our team to be focused on process improvements and innovation while balancing accurate and timely financial reporting.   • Human Resources Manager, Corporate Services – The Human Resources Manager ensures that the staffing plan is executed to meet the organizational objectives. Responsible for recruiting, screening, and interviewing potential candidates. Monitors and improves recruitment and hiring procedures. Additionally, the Human Resources Manager will be a key team member in several strategic initiatives set forth by the senior leadership team. Learn more here.
  • Architectural Designer, Design-Build – The Design Associate is responsible for assisting the Director of Architecture and VP of Architecture in schematic design and presentation drawings, including 3D renderings as well as design development, construction documents and construction administration of assigned projects.   • Director, Design-Build – The Director, Design-Build has complete Design/Build responsibility for his/her group’s projects, starting at initial client contact and ending when the project closeout is completed. This position ensures that assigned projects meet all internal and external expectations including but not limited to client satisfaction, budget, timing, quality, and safety. Additionally, ensuring that the group’s actions are in keeping with Al. Neyer’s vision, purpose, values, and mission.   • Project Designer, Industrial – The Project Designer, Industrial is responsible for leading the design team on industrial and bulk-distribution products including site feasibility studies, site master planning, and preliminary conceptual and schematic design. Additionally, the Project Designer will be leading the construction administration and document production of assigned projects. The emphasis of this role will be light industrial and bulk-distribution facilities. Learn more here.
  • Project Manager – The Project Manager serves as the overall project leader and has complete responsibility for his/her projects, starting at initial client contact and ending when the project closeout is completed. Pittsburgh

Al. Neyer is looking for candidates to fill the following role in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania for Project Superintendent, Design-Build. The Project Superintendent coordinates all activities on a job site(s), including scheduling, safety, security, and direction of the labor forces. Learn more here.

Raleigh

Al. Neyer is looking for candidates to fill the pivotal role of Vice President of Real Estate Development in Raleigh, North Carolina. The role will lead business development and real estate development activities in their regional territory. Learn more here.
