Gaslight Property’s Whitfield development at 3240 Whitfield Ave. is the Clifton-based company’s first new residential construction project since opening in 1991, said chief executive Dave Taylor. It also is the first new multi-building apartment complex in Clifton’s Gaslight District in more than 30 years.
