Towne Properties is partnering with Al Neyer and Vandercar Holdings to redevelop the nearly 8-acre site at 1351 William Howard Taft Road. The developers have the property under contract. …The acquisition of the property is tied to the progress of Anthem’s $13 million office building at Oakley Station, an 80,000-square-foot building being constructed by Al Neyer. The downtown Cincinnati-based developer and design-builder, in cooperation Vandercar and USS Realty LLC, is developing the Offices at Oakley Station. Munitz expects to close on the purchase of Anthem’s East Walnut Hills properties in the first quarter of 2017. Towne Properties, Al Neyer and Vandercar would then demolish the existing building at the site and redevelop the property into a dense mix of housing starting in the second quarter.” Click here to read more in the Cincinnati Business Courier.
