Neyer’s inaugural Nashville project. Structural steel is up for all five floors of the 178,638 SF Class-A office building. Installation is underway for the curtain wall glass, which will allow for plenty of floor-to-ceiling natural light in the offices. The exterior metal stud and sheathing work is ongoing, and the masonry stone veneer work will start in the next few weeks. Al. Neyer will start delivering tenant spaces for the office in June. Mallory Green is in a prime location with walkability to more than 40 area restaurants. The site also features views over four acres of protected green space that will offer walking and biking trails for future tenants. Mallory Green is located right off Interstate 65 in the Cool Springs area just 20 minutes outside of Downtown Nashville. Al. Neyer’s design-build team expects to finish construction by May 2018.
