BRG Realty Group LLC purchased a little more than 11 acres closest to the intersection of Burlington Pike and Aero Parkway. Sycamore BRG Realty Group will build 240 garden-style apartments on the site. Andrew Giannella, vice president of business development for BRG Realty Group, said this site’s location for new apartments is “fantastic.” “Boone County is growing in population and jobs,” Giannella told me. “All of that was the basis for us pursuing this deal.” While BRG Realty Group owns and manages about 7,700 apartment units in Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky as well as Columbus and Louisville, this will be the company’s first ground-up construction project. Giannella said the apartments will be designed to meet the needs of workers in need of housing as a result of all the job creation in Boone County.” Read more from the article by Tom Demeropolis at Cincinnati Business Courier here.
