Developer, Design-Builder Opens Nashville Office

Robert Gage Hired To Lead Real Estate Development Efforts In Southeast

Commercial real estate industry leader Al. Neyer has announced the opening of its third office, in Nashville, Tennessee, to bring a full range of real estate development solutions and design-build expertise to the growing market. The firm has hired Robert Gage III to serve as vice president of real estate development and launch Al. Neyer’s presence in the region.

Established in 1894 and employee-owned since 2014, the company specializes in urban mixed-use developments and build-to-suit commercial spaces, including custom office spaces, medical office buildings, industrial facilities, and multi-unit residential. Gage has more than 20 years of sales and management experience with positions at firms including OakPoint Real Estate, Cassidy Turley Commercial Real Estate Services, and ProVenture Commercial Real Estate Services. He has negotiated more than 2.5 million square feet of lease and sales transactions valued in excess of $165 million. At Al. Neyer, he will be responsible for creating strategic business solutions and partnerships, representing the company’s integrated process, and growing Al. Neyer’s book of business in Nashville.

Gage has received a variety of industry and Greater Nashville accolades including a 2008 Top Heavy Hitter recognition by the Nashville Business Journal, the 2007 NAIOP Rising Star award, and the 2006 Horizon Award national recognition by Cassidy Turley.

Rob Gage has a Bachelor of Arts in political and economic philosophy from Wofford College and lives in the Nashville suburb of Brentwood with his wife, Angie, and four children.
