Neyer’s Board Of Directors Tom Demeropolis Cincinnati Business Courier “Al Neyer, a downtown Cincinnati commercial real estate developer and design-build contractor, appointed David Birdsall to its board of directors. Birdsall will bring his nearly 25 years of commercial real estate experience to support Al Neyer’s growth in Cincinnati and secondary markets. His experience includes development, investments, operations and asset acquisition.
