The 18-acre parcel is situated along Mallory Lane in the Cool Springs portion of Franklin, Williamson County. The foundation system for the 175,000 SF building is currently the top priority at the work site. Crews are also continuing their efforts on earthwork and proper grading. Al. Neyer eagerly anticipates the next phase, which involves ground beam and foundation wall installation. Crews are planning to start this work the week of July 17, followed by a concrete pour for the foundation. Once completed, the Class A office development will be joined by two hotels and a protected green space with walking paths and a rolling stream. More information on Al.
