Officials from development partners NorthPointe Group and North American Properties and the city of Cincinnati proudly unveiled the project’s name at a press conference Tuesday. Al. Neyer built the original five-story parking structure in 2003 and added three stories in 2010 to accommodate growing parking needs for the Procter & Gamble Co., whose headquarters are a few blocks away. Al. Neyer is also handling the design-build for the apartment tower. Mayor John Cranley said the preservation of air rights on properties such as the garage paved the way for activity now underway. The project is the third phase of an effort that began in 1999, said Rick Kimbler, managing partner of project co-developer NorthPointe Group.” – Cincinnati.com Recent NewsMonday July 29, 2024REI Co-op sets standard for sustainable warehousing with LEED v4 Platinum distribution center in Lebanon, TennesseeTuesday June 11, 2024Al.
