Neyer’s Inaugural Nashville Project Photo Credit: Son Tran Six months into construction, Al. Neyer’s crews are making headway on Mallory Green, a Class A office building in Franklin, Tennessee. The 175,000 SF office will sit on an 18 acre site that will also feature two hotels and protected green space with walking paths. Concrete foundations have been completed for the office, and the majority of the concrete slab on grade has been poured. Crews are now erecting the steel structure for the building, which they anticipate having completed towards the end of 2017. This month, crews will begin pouring concrete slabs on metal decks. Site work continues with the previous paver parking lot area being constructed. Al. Neyer is developing the project with partner New York Life, and Foundry Commercial is the listing representative for the property. Looking ahead, Al. Neyer expects to complete construction in May 2018.
