The Approach, a mixed-use section of The Neighborhoods at Summit Park development, will feature 290 luxury apartments above 40,000 SF of commercial space, as well as a two-level parking structure. Partners Al. Neyer, Vandercar Holdings, and The Fortus Group are developing the project. The commercial space is expected to eventually be home to an assortment of new restaurant concepts, services, and active lifestyle tenants. Elevar is serving as the architect of record and Al. Neyer’s design-build team is overseeing construction management. Construction is underway now and is expected to take 20 months to complete. The luxury apartments are created with the renter-by-choice in mind. The Neighborhoods at Summit Park offers people the amenities of downtown living with a balance of greenspace. The units in The Approach will include high-end finishes like 9’ ceilings, gourmet kitchens, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, balconies on all units, and spa-like bathrooms. The 110-acre site will feature Class A office spaces, a diverse mix of high quality rental and owner-occupied housing, unique retail and dining venues, and various entertainment, fitness and leisure options. The development is sectioned into four districts that are designed to create a cohesive atmosphere and high-quality sense of space.
