CRE firm picked to market Offices at Summit Park

“The developers of the Neighborhoods at Summit Park in Blue Ash have selected a commercial real estate firm to handle leasing for office space in the mixed-use development.

Al Neyer and Vandercar Holdings have selected the Cincinnati office of CBRE to market the Offices at Summit Park. Chris Vollmer Jr., Chris Vollmer Sr., John Eckert and Kate Myers are the leasing agents for the development.

Chris Vollmer Jr., first vice president with CBRE, said the office space at Summit Park will be fully integrated into the award-winning park. 

“This is the first true live, work, play product in the Blue Ash office market,” Vollmer Jr. told me. “This is going to be a pretty unique offering for companies focused on workplace retention and attracting talent.”

The Offices at Summit Park are part of the Neighborhoods at Summit Park, which offers a 110-acre walkable, mixed-use development consistent with the city of Blue Ash’s vision as laid out in its Land Use Plan for Summit Park District.
