Blue Ash Gets Ready To Take Root After Key Approvals Are Made

One of Greater Cincinnati’s best suburbs is making an investment in its future with some key approvals for an exciting mixed-use development. Blue Ash City Council recently approved The Neighborhoods at Summit Park, a dynamic community that introduces office headquarters, luxury apartments, trendy dining and entertainment spots, and other lifestyle amenities. Al. Neyer and its partner Vandercar Holdings are serving as master developers for the site.

With the legislative approvals, Al. Neyer can begin preparing the site for construction of the mixed-use buildings that will occupy the site. Tom Wilson, director of real estate development for the project, anticipates construction will begin in spring. The Neighborhoods at Summit Park establishes four distinct but closely integrated neighborhoods: The District, Parkside, Carver Woods, and Daventry.

Streets and open spaces are designed to create a vibrant village with activity at many hours of the day. The development will contain uses that complement and build upon the energy of the park and provide a place for people to gather, shop, eat, work and live. The Neighborhoods at Summit Park will offer exceptional walkability to points in the park and adjoining neighborhoods and have well landscaped public spaces and enriched amenities that enhance the outdoor environment.

Blue Ash is regarded as one of the best communities in the region, and The Neighborhoods at Summit Park will help the city as it competes to attract leading employers, talented workers, and the next generation of residents.
