“The team that is transforming the former Blue Ash airport into a massive mixed-use development added a single-family homebuilder.

M/I Homes joins the development team of Al Neyer, Vandercar Holdings, MKSK and Towne Properties as the single-family partner on the project.

Mat Walker, vice president of land for M/I Homes of Cincinnati LLC, said he was excited for the homebuilder to be selected to join an “all-star” team.

“We’re very fortunate to be part of this project,” Walker told me.

He said the single-family portion of the development, which the team is referring to as Golf View, is one of the best locations in the region.

“You don’t get a lot of chances in life to have this many amenities around you,” Walker said. “You can do some special stuff. It’s just an A-plus location.”
