Al. Neyer Recognized With Spencer Award for Inclusion Work

Al. Neyer was recently awarded with the Cincinnatus Association Donald & Marian Spencer “Spirit of America” Award for our commitment to inclusion and diversity in our work and in the community.

Cincinnatus Association honored Al. Neyer because of its work in making diversity and inclusion at every level of the business in commercial real estate. Al. Neyer formed minority majority-ownerships for redevelopment projects Vernon Manor, the Offices @ Vernon Place, and 237 Taft. The company is also committed to working with Minority Business Enterprise and Woman Business Enterprise companies, and also hiring a diverse workforce on its job sites and in business operations.

Al. Neyer was recognized with fellow award recipients Urban League of Greater Southwestern Ohio and Su Casa Hispanic Center.
