Neyer Promotes Top Cincinnati Executive Tom Demeropolis Cincinnati Business Courier “Al. Neyer, the downtown-based commercial real estate developer and design/build contractor, promoted Dan Ruh to executive vice president of real estate development and Cincinnati market leader. Ruh, who previously served as senior vice president of real estate development at Al. Neyer, will lead overall market strategy and production for Cincinnati. Molly North, CEO of Al. Neyer, said Ruh has the ability and vision to understand both physical assets and what is possible in the marketplace. “I’ve gotten to know the development community pretty well,” North said. “I can list on one hand how many true to the core developers are in this city, and Dan, in my estimation, is the best.” The company’s goal with this move is to make Ruh responsible for building a team around him and developing Al Neyer’s bench strengths.” Click here to read more in the Cincinnati Business Courier.
