Neyer Plans a Two-Building Industrial Project in Lebanon, TN Al. Neyer continues its industrial momentum in the Greater Nashville area with Lebanon, TN-based Alligood Industrial Park. Featuring a 175,950 SF Building I and a 235,200 SF Building II, this project offers easy access to I-40 and Lebanon’s major commercial corridor. WILSON COUNTY INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT From The Tennessean: Two new industrial buildings that total 411,150 square feet are planned for a 38-acre site in Lebanon near the intersection of Murfreesboro Road and Alligood Way. Al. Neyer will be the developer and design-builder. No tenant is announced. The buildings will be a rear-load speculative project behind a Pilot Travel Center. The project named Alligood Industrial is Al. Neyer’s sixth industrial project in Lebanon, according to the company. […] The development will be the first Nashville project to be funded through Al.
